DELIVERY

For orders over PLN 140, we offer free delivery in Poland!

1. Shipment for individual customers is carried out only in POLAND by a COURIER who delivers the shipment directly to the recipient (customer).

The cost of shipping an order up to PLN 140 - PLN 15

The delivery time in Poland is 1-3 business days.

Delivery from Monday to Friday, 9-17.

The customer is obliged to provide via e-mail:

• Address to which the COURIER is to deliver the parcel;
• Telephone number to which the COURIER will call to deliver the parcel.

2.  The shipment for companies is carried out both in Poland and in the European Union by the shipping company Raben Polska Sp. z o.o. (www.raben-group.com). The average delivery time is 3 to 7 business days.

Transportation cost pricing is calculated on the basis of actual weight or conversion weight. Each time we provide the customer with the costs of transport before making the purchase.

Our candles are shipped on wooden pallets of 120 x 80 cm (pallet - length x width), 60 x 80 cm (1 pallet) and a mini pallet: 60 x 40 cm (1 pallet).
